In my classes and sessions I use the Radiant Peace Method, a combination of the existing traditional Yoga Nidra methods, but applied in a modern down-to-earth approach.

The focus of this method is on feeling and stimulating your energy, your positive life force. You remain aware of the energy in your body during all stages we go through.

What is yoga nidra

Coming home to yourself, that is Yoga Nidra, this form of yoga is also called sleep yoga. With visualization and breathing techniques we achieve a very deep relaxation. We normally only come into this when we sleep. Your consciousness is still at work, but at a deeper level. When you reach this state during Yoga Nidra, you are in a relaxation equivalent to four hours of deep sleep.

Positive energy is released from within during meditation. Your mind is calmed and your emotions become more balanced. You can learn to break through and reprogram fixed thinking and behavioral patterns that slow or hinder you through Yoga Nidra.
