Custom made yoga and meditation program.
This program is for clients that wish to work on a deeper level for their well being. These sessions will follow each other weekly or twice a week. I will guide you to become more aware and in contact with yourself, your dreams, your desires, your body, mind and soul.

Intake: I like to make time for an intake, to discuss your needs, wishes, answer questions and discuss what you want to work on. From here I can make a planning and and explain more about the methods I work with and I think would be good for you.
